Rolf Medina has been interviewed by Tealpodden about the newest book "Teal.Tillit.Transparens", written together with Alicia Medina. The book is the result of several years of studies of organizations that work in new, progressive ways. In the conversation with Tealpodden, Rolf talks about their studies and the model for self-organization that they have developed consequently, which is the main focus of the book itself. The model is named by the authors "DP model" where DP stands for Distributed Power. The common denominator in progressive ways of organizing is the view of people as competent and that it is necessary to remove hierarchies of power in the workplace.
