A new book presentation event is coming up in Malmö! After the success of the Book release tour for the release of "Teal.Tillit.Transparens", the authors Alicia and Rolf Medina are gonna signing more copies in Malmö in an After Work event hosted by the Elite Plaza Hotel. The event is an open house between h.15 and 18. Warm welcome!
Now are approaching the end of 2021. In this episode of Tiden är NU!, Alicia and Rolf will discuss the year that has pasted. We have had eleven guests and now it's time to reflect and to see how the thoughts of all our guests connect to each other in a systemic way. The upcoming episode of “Tiden är NU!” in April will focus on the Regenerative Approach to manage organization and projects, which goes beyond sustainability and circularity. In a "circular approach" the aim is to have an outcome of zero, while in the "regenerative approach" the effort is towards having a positive-sum impact. Välkommen att följa med Future of Organizing till Baskien i Spanien och fördjupa dig i TEAL. På expeditionen kommer vi att besöka Grupo NER (Nuevo Estilo de Relaciones), ett baskiskt nätverk som omfattar cirka 70 företag, och där träffa organisationer som omvandlats till TEAL genom att använda en ”ny stil av relationer”. I stället för traditionella chefer finns i dessa organisationer bland annat koordinatorer, fullständig transparens, lönebalans, vinstdelning och självstyrning. Vilka bjuds in att vara med i Expeditionen: Upplägget är designat för företagsledare, organisationskonsulter och offentliganställda som har påbörjat en kulturresa mot autonoma team, lärande organisationer eller TEAL. Är du nyfiken och har intresse av att lära dig mer kring nya sätt att organisera och leda och med egna ögon se hur det fungerar, så är du självklart också välkommen. Under expeditionen kommer deltagarna att få färdigheter kring TEAL, Sociocracy och DP-modellen. Eftersom fokus ligger på upplevelsen kommer vi att börja med en praktisk WS och sedan under två dagar besöka och utforska flera organisationer där vi kommer att se hur TEAL fungerar i verkligheten samt möta personal och koordinatorer (ledarna) för att samtala och fördjupa oss i hur dessa organisationer har gjort sina resor och hur de fungerar idag. Vi kommer i detta samtal prata om hur man skapar framgångsrika företag och organisationer bortom makthierarkier och hur man med tillit till att de som gör jobbet närmast kunden också kan ta över ansvaret för besluten. Samtidigt berättar vi om hur människans emotionella och mentala intelligens kan samverka för att chefer och medarbetare ska känna sig trygga, motiverade och engagerade genom förändringsresan.
