Through her concept STICK UT (moving outdoors), she challenges traditional ways of working and shows how new environments can unlock fresh energy and smarter conversations.

Alicia Medina, PhD. Co-founder of Future of Organizing. She brings insights from her research on new ways of organizing, leading, and collaborating. Drawing on her book TEAL TRUST TRANSPARENCY, she helps organizations to connect human-centered leadership with sustainable resilience.
