    Future of Organizing is thrilled to announce our participation to the upcoming Agila Sverige conference in Stockholm on May 20th! Agila Sverige is a conference for everyone who is interested in agile methods and wants to learn more about how to make system development more efficient, more fun and more value-creating. The event is going to be in Swedish. This event is a 2-days meeting place where the participants can gather to exchange experiences, knowledge and ideas with each other. You can come to Agila Sverige as a beginner or experienced, as a programmer or manager. The only thing the other conference participants expect is that you are willing to share your experiences.     Future of Organizing is going to have a promotion stand during Göteborg’s Bokmässan between 22-25 September 2022, for the selling of Alicia and Rolf Medina‘s latest book “Teal. Tillit. Transparens” and for meeting and discussing their research topics with all the fair participants and guests! The team is overwhelmingly excited for this mighty chance to attend such an annual highly participated event that is committed in spreading knowledge, and this year even more so considering the extra-tema chosen to give voice to the current Ukranian struggle, which is also very dear to FoO’s heart (we have talked about our solidarity actions in our latest Newsletter).     Rolf Medina will participate during the Annual Global Sociocracy Conference 2023 with the presentation "Sociocratic Agile: How to Marry Sociocracy and Scrum".  In this session, we will discuss how sociocracy can be used as a governance model for Scrum and vice versa; how Scrum can be used within an organization based on Sociocracy. Scrum is today the most popular agile method, especially in product development, but also for other types of business.   • Expedition TEAL, Baskien. Fyra dagar: 23 – 26 Maj 2023

    Välkommen att följa med Future of Organizing till Baskien i Spanien och fördjupa dig i TEAL. På expeditionen kommer vi att besöka Grupo NER (Nuevo Estilo de Relaciones), ett baskiskt nätverk som omfattar cirka 70 företag, och där träffa organisationer som omvandlats till TEAL genom att använda en ”ny stil av relationer”. I stället för traditionella chefer finns i dessa organisationer bland annat koordinatorer, fullständig transparens, lönebalans, vinstdelning och självstyrning. Vilka bjuds in att vara med i Expeditionen: Upplägget är designat för företagsledare, organisationskonsulter och offentliganställda som har påbörjat en kulturresa mot autonoma team, lärande organisationer eller TEAL. Är du nyfiken och har intresse av att lära dig mer kring nya sätt att organisera och leda och  med egna ögon  se hur det fungerar, så är du självklart också välkommen. Under expeditionen kommer deltagarna att få färdigheter kring TEAL, Sociocracy och DP-modellen.
