Book Release event #4 in Sigtuna

Alicia and Rolf Medina will present their newest book “Teal, Tillit, Transparens” in a series of events around Sweden, starting in September 2021. On October 14th, in the beautiful location of Betongfabriken (Sigtuna), they will have an open house lunch party where they will talk about the main focus of the book: self-organisation and the democratisation of the workplace. There will be the time for a Q&A and Signing of the copies as well. The event will be held in Swedish.We follow the recommendations from FHM to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and we take action to make the event as safe as possible. Hence the limited number of tickets available. The theme of October episode (14/10) of "Tiden är NU!" is Communication, and will be discussed by Rolf and Alicia Medina together with Karin Tenelius from Tuff ledarskapsträning. This includes transparency, various forms of communication, the view on and meaning of feedback and the best-before-date for information. What is needed to create transparency and good communication is clarity, accessibility and openness. An organisation should strive for as much transparency as possible. Book Release event #2 in Gothenburg

ProAgile Mölndalsvägen 26, Gothenburg

On September 22st, Allicia and Rolf Medina will be hosted by ProAgile in Göteborg for an open house event between h.17-19 where they will discuss about the main topic of the book: self-organisation and the democratisation of the workplace. It will also be a time for celebrations and networking, where snacks and drinks will be served. During this event, some of the Gurus hosted in the book will also attend from remote in videoconference. There will be the time for a Q&A and Signing of the copies as well. The event will be in Swedish, but English speakers are welcome and will be taken in consideration. We follow the recommendations from FHM to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and we take action to make the event as safe as possible. Hence the limited number of tickets available.
