Alicia and Rolf are the radio hosts of the programme “Tiden är nu” that means The time is NOW”. In this program they interview (in Swedish) Alice Westman a young Master student from Lund university that is about to enter the work life. The topics of the conversation are learning, student life under covid19, recruitment processes in Sweden, work environment as well as the aspirations and expectation from the new generation. The focus of the talk will be competence and learning. This area deals with competence and with a new approach to roles, beyond work descriptions. This includes recruitment and learning.Individuals can contribute with different talents and resources. Each person must be able to grow individually in their abilities, there by furthering the group as a whole. Learning must also be built in as a natural part of work. Den 6/5 gästade Adriana Azinovic från företaget Tenco i Malmö, programmet Tiden är NU! på webbradiokanalen Av egen Kraft. On July 8th, Mohammed Bashir Abdi will be the guest of the webradio program "Tiden är NU!" hosted by Rolf and Alicia Medina.Mohammed has a long career within the Swedish job market at Arbetsförmedlingen. The focus of the talk will be the human aspect in organizations which is one of the 12 areas of the DP-model. DP comes from Distributed Power and the model is a guide for self-organizing, Teal, Sociocracy and in general for the democratization of the workplace.
