    Alicia and Rolf Medina will present their newest book "Teal, Tillit, Transparens" in a series of events around Sweden, starting in September 2021. On September 21st, in the beautiful location of Tenco (Malmö), they will have an open house event between h.17-19 where the main focus of the book will be discussed: self-organisation and the democratisation of the workplace. During this event, some of the Gurus hosted in the book will also attend from remote in vieoconference. There will be the time for a Q&A and Signing of the copies as well. The event will be held in English. We follow the recommendations from FHM to prevent the spread of Covid-19, and we take action to make the event as safe as possible.     On September 22st, Allicia and Rolf Medina will be hosted by ProAgile in Göteborg for an open house event between h.17-19 where they will discuss about the main topic of the book: self-organisation and the democratisation of the workplace. It will also be a time for celebrations and networking, where snacks and drinks will be served. During this event, some of the Gurus hosted in the book will also attend from remote in videoconference. There will be the time for a Q&A and Signing of the copies as well. The event will be in Swedish, but English speakers are welcome and will be taken in consideration. This includes transparency, various forms of communication, the view on and meaning of feedback and the best-before-date for information. What is needed to create transparency and good communication is clarity, accessibility and openness. An organisation should strive for as much transparency as possible.     Rolf Medina has been interviewed by Tealpodden about the newest book "Teal.Tillit.Transparens", written together with Alicia Medina. The book is the result of several years of studies of organizations that work in new, progressive ways. In the conversation with Tealpodden, Rolf talks about their studies and the model for self-organization that they have developed consequently, which is the main focus of the book itself. The model is named by the authors "DP model" where DP stands for Distributed Power. The common denominator in progressive ways of organizing is the view of people as competent and that it is necessary to remove hierarchies of power in the workplace.
